Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email ATM@ATLASMONARCH.COM with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address.

Please do not send items back before contacting us. Packages returned without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Who pays for return shipping

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you cover return shipping. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Damaged or defective items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund without requiring you to ship the item back.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Items we cannot accept

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery. Items showing use or damage that was not present at delivery. Items missing original packaging or accessories.
