Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 10 to 20 business days after shipping. Some items ship from overseas warehouses, which is why delivery takes longer than domestic retail.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, weather, and carrier delays can extend them.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are emailed when your order ships. Tracking can take 3 to 5 business days to show its first scan. If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days, email us.

Split shipments

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages on different days at no extra cost to you.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipping, email ATM@ATLASMONARCH.COM with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund if the package cannot be located.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a package once it has shipped. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost or refunded less shipping.
